OMG! I was invited to a birthday dinner at this super cute restaurant in North Philadelphia. The restaurant is called Pretty Girls Cook, which is already super cute because of the name. And guess what? Its black owned! I walked in and immediately fell in love with the décor and ambience. The restaurant was decorated in rose gold (which is my obsession at the moment) and had lots of pictures of black girl magic hanging up on the wall. After being seated, our waitress was super nice and friendly (which is one of the first things I notice, when going to a restaurant). The young lady took our orders and soon after our food was being served. One of my friends ordered mussels as an appetizer, so I got a chance to taste them. Can I tell you all how bomb they were?! Just know, they were seasoned to perfection. I, myself ordered salmon and rice, which was also very delicious and fresh. Everything I tasted was fresh and very tasty. This is definitely a place I would recommend as a cute date night or even a girls night out. Also, the restaurant is a BYOB, so we made our own cocktails with their delicious sweet tea and lemonade. Overall, a really good time and dope vibes. Please go support and check them out.
